1General Terms & Conditions

OkBaazi is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between OkBaazi and its users. Accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any of its services means you fully accept these terms.

• OkBaazi reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

To register an account on OkBaazi, the following conditions must be met. These requirements exist to protect users and ensure the platform operates fairly.

• Each individual may register only one account.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful.
• The same mobile number, email address, or banking details may not be used across multiple accounts.
• OkBaazi may request identity verification documents (national ID, passport) at any time.
• It is entirely the user's responsibility to keep their account password secure.
• Sharing your account details with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

3Betting Rules

Before placing bets on OkBaazi, make sure you fully understand the rules below. Knowing the rules makes for a more enjoyable betting experience and eliminates any confusion.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, OkBaazi may consider exceptions in special circumstances.
• The minimum bet amount is ৳50, and the maximum is determined by the market and event.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting change in real time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.
• If any bet is affected by a technical error, OkBaazi will investigate and make a final determination.
• OkBaazi's decision is final in determining all outcomes.
• Any bet found to be associated with match-fixing or foul play will be voided.

In a parlay bet, losing a single event cancels the entire parlay. Parlays offer higher returns but come with greater risk, so always bet within your budget and never risk more than you can afford.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on OkBaazi are handled through a secure and transparent process. Follow the payment guidelines and you won't run into any issues.

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 and the minimum withdrawal is ৳500.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes and no later than 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held pending completion of KYC verification.
• OkBaazi may place a hold on withdrawals for any suspicious transactions until an investigation is completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

5Bonus & Promotion Terms

OkBaazi regularly offers bonuses and promotions. To take advantage of these offers, the following conditions must be followed.

• Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements. Failing to meet them will result in the bonus being forfeited.
• The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once per user.
• To withdraw winnings earned using a bonus, the applicable wagering requirements must be met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the promotion.

6Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a safe and fair environment on OkBaazi. Anyone found in violation will face serious consequences.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the betting system.
• Money laundering or using funds obtained from illegal sources.
• Exploiting bonus arbitrage or system vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using robots, bots, or any automated software.
• Sharing your account or funds with other users.
• Creating an account or conducting transactions using false information.
• Misconduct or harassment toward OkBaazi staff.

7Account Suspension & Closure

In certain circumstances, OkBaazi may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account. Users may also close their own accounts at any time.

• OkBaazi may close an account without prior notice for any violation of its terms and conditions.
• Your account may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing.
• If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team.
• Before an account is closed, users will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance, unless the closure is due to a rule violation.
• As a responsible gaming tool, users can also activate self-exclusion on their own at any time.

8Responsible Gaming

OkBaazi believes betting is a form of entertainment. We provide various tools and support to make sure it never becomes a problem.

• Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently blocking your access to the platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break from 24 hours up to 6 months.
• View your betting history and spending reports.
• Referrals to professional support when needed.
